Design
Expert Service
Machine Shop Ireland uses modern 3D CAD software to generate models and complex assemblies. We specialise in the design of bespoke jigs, fixtures and automated equipment. Machine shop Ireland can generate automated systems for manual processes, allowing the customer to reap the benefits of a reliable efficient solution. All designs are generated with CE marking and DFM (design for manufacture) in mind.

At machine shop Ireland we take pride in the machines we build, we only use quality components in our assemblies and build the machines with care and attention to detail. All aspects of the build are catered for, mechanical build, Plc hardware and programming, electrical panel and wiring, pneumatic circuits and panel, CE marking.
We work in conjunction with the customer throughout the build to ensure a smooth transition into production.
